HOW OFTEN WILL THE SITE BE UPDATED?

The Wamflix system is updated with new EUROWAM and WAMTEC media every week.

WHEN I SUBSCRIBE TO WAMFLIX I SHOULD GET A BONUS FREE GIFT ACCESS TO OTHER WAMTEC AND & EUROWAM MEDIA. HOW DOES THIS WORK - I DID NOT YET GET MY FREE BONUS ACCESS YET?

We have an automatic system that will grant you free access to our other media. Your free bonus should activate within 30 minutes of joining WAMFLIX. If it is not working yet, then contact us at Webmaster@Eurowam.net and we will resynchronize your members profile..

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO USE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS?

Be sure the e-mail address you enter is a valid one because you will get your membership login information in the same e-mail you get the confirmation of your payment. Also, if you have problems, we need to be able to reach you, because it is no good to air your problems on the WAM forums where we may not see your messages, so you must register with a valid email so we can contact you if you need help with any probllems.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T GET AN E-MAIL FROM THE SYSTEM?

If you get no e-mail then either the system did not charge your credit card (because you did not complete the purchase), or the e-mail ended up in the wrong folder (junk, trash, spam folders etc.). We are always happy to help you out, so if you don't get a mail from the system within 20 minutes after the purchase then please email us using the contact form (but don't forget to check your spam / junk folders first).

HOW MANY DAYS ARE THE STREAMS KEPT ONLINE?

We will not be purging or deleting any media, All streams will be kept online PERMANENTLY for you to watch for as long as you retain your membership.
