HOW OFTEN WILL THE SITE BE UPDATED?

The Wamflix system is updated with new EUROWAM media every 2-4 days. The WAMTEC channel is updated with blocks of 20+ videos 2 times each month. producers in all genres.

WHEN I SUBSCRIBE TO A PRODUCERS CHANNEL ARE THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS TO WHAT I CAN WATCH?

No, you can watch all videos in that producers channel in an unlimited way. Long term members can gain special access to our VIP channel after 12 months of being a member.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO USE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS?

Be sure the e-mail address you enter is a valid one because you will get your membership login information in the same e-mail you get the confirmation of your payment. Also, if you have problems, we need to be able to reach you, because it is no good to air your problems on the WAM forums where we may not see your messages, so you must register with a valid email so we can contact you if you need help with any probllems.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T GET AN E-MAIL FROM THE SYSTEM?

If you get no e-mail then either the system did not charge your credit card (because you did not complete the purchase), or the e-mail ended up in the wrong folder (junk, trash, spam folders etc.). We are always happy to help you out, so if you don't get a mail from the system within 20 minutes after the purchase then please email us using the contact form (but don't forget to check your spam / junk folders first).

HOW MANY DAYS ARE THE STREAMS KEPT ONLINE?

We will not be purging or deleting any media, All streams will be kept online PERMANENTLY for you to watch for as long as you retain your membership.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND HIGHER QUALITY DOWNLOAD FILES AND DVDs OF SCENES FOUND ON WAMFLIX?

For WAMTEC media the high quality download files can be found on the megastore.wamtec.com site and Eurowam HD media files can be found at wamoutlet.com

For WAMTEC series all items can also be mailed in high quality DVD format. Use the contact page to make requests for DVDs.

CAN I MAKE REQUESTS FOR SCENES OR VIDEOS I WANT TO SEE STREAMING ON WAMFLIX?

We will do this special request service for all Wamflix VIP members, i.e. those who have been Wamflix members for 12+ months and are in our VIP club.  VIP members can request up to 2 Megastore files per month from our main database, which can be browsed HERE.
